He is a soccer player who was brought to the united states to play there. He has been convicted of raping a woman. He is black, and even though that should be unimportant, it has been the deciding factor in his conviction. He was convicted by a jury of 12 white people and a white judge. There was virtually no evidence against him. There was no DNA of his found on the victim, whose blood alcohol level was near toxic at the time she was supposedly raped.
